MON) will issue the company's financial results for its 2008 fourth quarter
and full fiscal year on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, prior to market open.
Monsanto will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. central time (9:30 a.m.
eastern time) in conjunction with the announcement of its results. The call
will focus on the company's results in the fourth-quarter and fiscal-year
2008, as well as future expectations. The call may also include a
discussion of Monsanto's strategic initiatives, product performance and
other matters related to the company's business.
As part of the company's fourth-quarter and fiscal-year announcement,
Monsanto announced that it will also be publishing its year-end report on
