(NYSE: BPP) today announced that is has postponed its 2000 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders, which was previously scheduled for October 18, 2000, until the
Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review of the Company's
preliminary proxy materials which were filed in late September. The Company
will reschedule the Annual Meeting following completion of the SEC's review
process and prior to the distribution of definitive proxy materials to its
stockholders.
