dotNow! Signs Multi-Year Agreement with Pac-West Telecomm

            Free ISP Chooses Pac-West to Supply Local Access Ports

    STOCKTON, Calif., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Pac-West Telecomm, Inc.
(Nasdaq: PACW), a rapidly growing provider of integrated communications
services to Internet service providers (ISPs) and business customers in the
western U.S., today announced that it has signed a multi-year service
agreement with dotNow!, a rapidly growing provider of free Internet access
throughout the U.S. and Canada.  Under the agreement, Pac-West will supply
local access ports, modems, and Internet backbone to dotNow! through its
managed modem service.
