SBC 'Prodigy' Brand Licensed for Co-brand of WiFlyer Wireless Access Point;
Brings Wi-Fi Internet Connectivity, Wireless Networking to Dial Users
HOUSTON, Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Always On Wireless, Inc. today announced
an agreement with SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC) to market a co-branded
version of its acclaimed WiFlyer access point with SBC's Prodigy name that
will target SBC Yahoo! Dial subscribers as well as leading retail chains. The
Prodigy WiFlyer offers wireless Internet access and wireless networking to
users of dial as well as DSL Internet access services.
SBC Yahoo! Dial is an information service that combines dial Internet
access and applications from SBC Internet Services, with customized content,
services, and applications from Yahoo! Inc.

The WiFlyer has been shipping since Q4 '04 and is the industry's only
wireless access point optimized for dial Internet users. The product combines
a V.92 dial modem together with a complete router and wireless 802.11 access
point. Multiple wireless laptops as well as one wired Ethernet cable, such as
to a desktop PC, can be networked and share a single dial Internet connection.

$129.95 starting October 11.
