    CHICAGO, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- EVEREN Securities, Inc. announced today
that its newly formed technology group has completed its first five
financings, including a second offering for Software AG Systems, Inc.
(NYSE: AGS), initial public offerings for Hawker Pacific Aerospace Inc.
(Nasdaq: HPAC) and Emultck Ltd. (NYSE: EMU), and a private placement for
Advanced Recognition Technologies, Inc.
