LAS VEGAS, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Organization of Chinese
Americans Las Vegas Chapter (OCA) honored Tony Gladney, Vice President of
Corporate Diversity of Harrah's Entertainment with a "Community Service"
award during the Education Counts Awards Dinner on Thursday, October 9,
2008, at Rio all Suite Hotel and Casino.

The Community Achievement Award is given to individuals who demonstrate
outstanding and exemplary services to the Asian American community in Las
Vegas through their professional and personal capacity. This award is
nominated and selected annually by the OCA Las Vegas board of directors.
