CORAL GABLES, Fla., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramsay Health Care, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RHCI) today announced that its managed behavioral care division, FPM
Behavioral Health (FPM), signed a contract with PacifiCare of Utah and Talbert
Medical Management Corporation.
    The agreement is effective September 1, 1997 and calls for FPM to provide
integrated behavioral healthcare services for over 193,000 of PacifiCare of
Utah's Medicare and Commercial members.
    Commenting on the agreement, Bert Cibran, President of Ramsay Health Care,

behavioral healthcare services to PacifiCare's members.  We are very pleased
