NEW YORK, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- A veteran intellectual property and
media attorney has been named PR Newswire's Vice President and General
Counsel, President of PRN Americas Charlie Morin announced today.
Sherri Felt Dratfield, who joined PR Newswire based in New York this
month, was associate general counsel for The Hartz Mountain Corp. and counsel
for its subsidiary, Stern Publishing, Inc. She will be responsible for all
legal matters impacting the operation of PR Newswire, including the contract
development for service offerings, acquisitions and procurement. In addition,
her duties will include trademark, copyright and media issues.

Dratfield, who lives in New York, graduated cum laude from New York
University School of Law where she received an American Jurisprudence award in

Maryland, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master's of Fine
Arts degree from the University of Denver.
