InterFirstlink Select Queue Enhances the Capabilities
& Product Offerings of its Financial Institution Partners
ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Financial Institutions Group
of InterFirst Wholesale Mortgage Lending recently launched Select Queue as
part of its InterFirstlink product offering. Select Queue is a group of
highly trained mortgage consultants in a call center environment that will
serve as customer service representatives on behalf of InterFirstlink's
financial institutions.
Select Queue provides financial institutions that utilize InterFirstlink
the option of a private label call center to manage customer inquiries.
Employing the Select Queue provides participating financial institutions
another way to expand mortgage origination capabilities without increasing
overhead. Select Queue's specialized mortgage consultants were selected for
their experience, product knowledge, and proven customer service skills.
