Business 1060, WBIX-AM spotlights some of Boston's best restaurants and how
they differentiate themselves in a competitive and sophisticated market. Each
week some of New England's most successful restaurateurs and chefs discuss
their menus, restaurant concepts and the latest trends in food and dining with
the hosts of the show. Previous shows have included the modern interpretation
of the bistro-style restaurant, planning fresh and flavorful seasonal menu
items and the importance of customer service.
The Food News feature of "The Restaurant Review" covers issues and trends
affecting the Boston restaurant industry. Food News informs listeners about
the latest happenings in the food and restaurant business in and around
Boston; what's new on the menu, what events are coming up and which new
restaurant openings are forthcoming.
"The Restaurant Review" includes a Fast Review at the end of each segment.
The Fast Review summarizes information important to diners about each
restaurant highlighted, including the menu, wine list, location, reservations,

Stu Taylor, a nationally syndicated radio talk show host on Talk America,
Business Talk Radio Network and Prime Sports Radio Network, hosts the
Restaurant Review. James Ringrose, businessman, world traveler, inveterate
gourmet, amateur chef and wine lover provides a distinctive perspective as
co-host and co-producer. Pia Proal, a successful Boston businesswoman, who
was previously a nutritionist and restaurant owner, is the show's news and
special segment presenter and co-producer
