secure Questra-based remote service, Presstek Guardian Support.

chemistry-free computer-to-plate systems, and Digital PlateMaster solutions
in America, Australia, Brazil, and Canada. The company has already
witnessed a reduction in support costs through enhanced visibility and
access into remote systems, with a decrease in average overall resolution
times and on-site service visits. Customers have welcomed the opportunity
