WILTON, Conn., Oct. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Startech Environmental
Corporation announced today that in addition to the $3.0 million already
received from Northshore Asset Management, LLC, Northshore has purchased an
additional 558,347 shares of common stock for $500,000. In addition,
Northshore has agreed to invest an additional $500,000 within the next thirty
days at a price per share equal to a 25% discount to the average closing price
of the common stock during the 30 consecutive trading days prior to the date
of such closing.
