(Amex: CVM), a drug development company with its lead cancer product
cleared for a Phase III trial, announces that it will hold its annual
meeting on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 12 PM at the Steigenberger
Frankfurter Hof, Am Kaiserplatz, 60311 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Maximilian de Clara, President of CEL-SCI Corporation said, "In
addition to our U.S. listing, our stock is actively traded on five German
stock exchanges where we also have many investors. We would like to give
these investors the chance to meet with management and we feel that holding
the meeting in Germany is a good way of achieving this goal."

CEL-SCI Corporation is developing new immune system based treatments
