has appointed Garnett Stowe to the position of vice president, National
Intelligence Programs, in the company's Business Development organization.

Stowe, in leading Raytheon's National Intelligence / National
Geospatial Agency / ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance)
capability team, will serve externally as the voice of Raytheon with senior
intelligence community customers and internally as the voice of the
customer to ensure that key Raytheon activities are aligned with the
intelligence and space community.
Stowe joined Raytheon from Booz Allen Hamilton consulting firm where he
was a principal consultant functioning as a business leader in the firm's
National Security Business Segment supporting the Defense and Intelligence
communities. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, he served as the
National Reconnaissance Office Chief of Staff.
Stowe has 35 years professional and military experience. He was a
senior executive with the Central Intelligence Agency and served in a
series of U.S. Army command and staff positions, including command of an
Army Aviation Brigade during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Stowe holds a bachelor's degree in history and geography from Howard
University and has completed additional national security courses at
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University.
