October's Playboy Auctions Feature Real 'Treats' for Fans;
Pair of Tickets To Hef's Halloween Party Garner $9050 Bid
NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Playboy.com is offering fans the chance
to own a true American icon -- and be the coolest trick-or-treater on the
block! Starting today through Halloween, visitors to Playboy Auctions
( http://auctions.playboy.com ) will be able to bid on an extremely rare,
elegant black Playboy Club Bunny Costume -- directly from Hef's sealed
archival vaults. Just like the one that's on display at the Smithsonian, this
authentic artifact symbolizes all the fun associated with the Playboy Clubs'
peak years. The costume comes in a custom-made, wooden-framed box (the frame
measures 20" x 36") and includes Bunny ears, Bunny tail, black bodysuit,
collar, bowtie, badge, cuffs, cuff links and a certificate of authenticity
signed by the Playboy Enterprises, Inc., archivist -- assurance that this
costume is genuine.
Those more daring trick-or-treaters who visit Playboy Auctions may be
interested in bidding on the barely there costume worn by wrestler Chyna on
the second page of her sexy November 2000 pictorial in Playboy magazine. The
two auction items are among the offerings savvy Halloween celebrators have
been bidding on this month at Playboy Auctions. The most popular item of the
month: A pair of tickets to Hef's annual celebrity-packed Halloween
extravaganza at Playboy Mansion West. The tickets sold on October 10 for a
winning bid of $9050.
