COLUMBIA, S.C., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant, the nation's

joined the Company as Vice President - Legal.
With more than 17 years experience in the commercial real estate legal
field, Drogalis heads Edens & Avant's legal department. He has oversight and
management responsibility for all in-house and outside legal counsel,
including those associated with all new retail development, acquisitions,
disposition, and lease transactions.
Prior to joining Edens & Avant in 2004, Drogalis was Senior Real Estate
Counsel for Giant Food of Landover, MD. In this role, Drogalis managed all
real estate legal affairs in five states, specifically those associated with
the Company's new store development program, as well as those of its
affiliated shopping center development subsidiary, GFS Realty Inc.
In addition to his work with a major supermarket chain, Drogalis has held
in-house legal positions with Rite Aid Corporation and Toll Brothers, Inc. He
began his legal career in the real estate department of Cohen, Shapiro,
Polisher, Shiekman & Cohen in Philadelphia.
Drogalis is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Susquehanna University with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor
degree from Temple University School of Law.
