the Bulletin Board under the new symbol "IFTC" and will reflect the 2.5 to 1
forward split of the company's shares. The company also reports that it has

Angeles, California. The company's equipment and Internet systems will undergo
final testing and are expected to be online, supporting the Galaxy Network,
