PITTSBURGH, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of
Equitable Resources, Inc. (NYSE: EQT) today declared a regular quarterly
cash dividend of $0.22 cents per share, payable December 1, 2006, to
shareholders of record on November 10, 2006.
Equitable Resources will host a teleconference with security analysts
on October 26, 2006, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The topic of the
conference call will be financial results for the third quarter 2006, which
will be released before the NYSE opening that morning. A review of these
results will be followed by a Q&A session for security analysts.
Equitable's teleconference with security analysts will be simulcast
