CCB Financial Corporation Reports Dividend Declaration
 
    DURHAM, N.C., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- At their regular quarterly meeting,
the Board of Directors of CCB Financial Corporation (NYSE: CCB) declared a
quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $.29.  The dividend is payable
January 3, 2000 to shareholders of record December 15, 1999.
