CORAL GABLES, Fla., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramsay Youth Services, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RYOU) announced today the opening of the Bayamon Juvenile Detention
Center in Puerto Rico. The 120-bed detention center is expected to be fully
operational by the end of November 1999.
The Bayamon Juvenile Detention Center contract was awarded to Ramsay by
the Administration of Juvenile Institutions in Puerto Rico for a five-year
period and is expected to generate over $5 million in annual revenue.
