Market Handbook 2004 has ranked Startech shares second in the listing of Top
Five Percentage - Gainers.  The list shows that Startech shares have had an
increase in share value of 232 percent during the year between August 29, 2003
and August 31, 2004.  Also, in the list of 30 Top Companies in the Waste
Industry, Startech shares were second in percentage gain.
