HORSHAM, Pa., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation
(GMACCM) Tenant Services Division and Pinnacle Realty Management Company have
joined forces to offer Pinnacle Realty residents the most comprehensive
resident services program in the apartment industry today. Stan Harrelson,
president and chief executive officer of Pinnacle Realty, and Cliff Lavin,
managing director of GMACCM Tenant Services Division jointly announced the
agreement.
The agreement unites the GMAC Resident's Advantage(SM) program with
Pinnacle Realty's Pinnacle Plus program. The new program, which will be
titled Pinnacle Plus featuring GMAC Resident's Advantage, will be offered to
the more than 100,000 residents at Pinnacle Realty-managed properties
nationwide.
GMAC Resident's Advantage, which was introduced in September 1997, is the
first program of its kind in the real estate industry to offer benefits to
residents in association with national vendors. The products offered
include: communication services, financial services, insurance, moving and
storage, furniture purchase and rental, newspaper subscriptions, and consumer
products.
Pinnacle Realty, one of the nation's leading multifamily real estate
managers, launched Pinnacle Plus in April 1996, according to Harrelson.
Pinnacle Plus is a resident services program that offers neighborhood-oriented
resident benefits to the 76,000 units of multifamily housing managed by
Pinnacle Realty. While the program currently is focused on multifamily
properties, Pinnacle envisions expanding it in the future to include its
commercial properties as well as its employees.
