Upscale-Casual Eatery & Bar Enters Its Second Year
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Brasserie Las Olas,
re-launched last October under acclaimed restaurateur and concept developer
Doug Zeif, announced today that it is launching its Fall & Winter menus on
October 24th.
"We're listening to our Guests. Keeping the menu fresh is part of the
process when it comes to giving people even more reasons to keep coming back,"
said Zeif. "We have many Guests who dine at Brasserie Las Olas multiple times
a week and this strategy prevents them from getting menu fatigue, which is

we are up 38% over last year."
Located at 333 East Las Olas Boulevard in the heart of Fort Lauderdale's
business, entertainment and shopping district, Brasserie Las Olas provides
affordable contemporary American cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

some wonderful fresh shellfish platters, some spectacular entrees like a Baked

Brasserie Las Olas was acquired in 2002 by Fifth Taste Concepts, owned and
managed by Zeif and Ian M. Berkowitz. Zeif, the former second-in-command of
The Cheesecake Factory(R) for almost a dozen years, oversaw the Company's
national expansion and development of its immense menu. Zeif and Berkowitz
have based their new development and consulting company in South Florida.
