Store Showcases New Interior Design With Easy Access to Office, School
Supplies and Copy/Print Center
ITASCA, Ill., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- OfficeMax(R), one of the nation's
largest office supply retailers, will celebrate the grand opening of its new
Florissant, Mo. superstore on Sunday, October 24. The 22,000-square-foot
OfficeMax store located at 13923 New Halls Ferry Road, in the Shoppes at Cross
Keys shopping center, provides a one-stop shop for all office-related needs.
The store will employ 30 full- and part-time associates.
The first 125 customers in the store on Sunday, October 24 and Monday,
October 25 will receive free gift bags filled with store merchandise. In
addition, radio station WVRV-FM will broadcast live from the store from noon -
2 p.m. on October 24 and will give away prizes.

The OfficeMax superstore features comprehensive services and a new store
design to help customers find what they need quickly and easily, including:

color copying and desktop publishing for complete business and home
needs
-- A wide variety of ready-to-assemble furniture for office and home
office needs and a design assistance center
-- New store interior design, more product signage and lower sight lines,
allowing shoppers to see where they want to go as they enter the store
-- Products arranged by categories, making browsing easier
-- Professional and affordable computer networking and PC installation
services for business and home office computer users
Customers will find that OfficeMax employees are outfitted with wireless
headsets and can answer questions about products or services, thanks to direct
communication with information resources. OfficeMax calls this "boundless
service" -- providing faster and better customer service without departmental
boundaries.
The store will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, from
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. OfficeMax has named
