TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Holding
Corporation (NYSE: DAN) today announced that Mark Wallace has joined the
company as president of Operational Excellence. In this capacity, he will
focus on operational planning, process engineering, and manufacturing
footprint optimization (MFO).

Wallace comes to Dana after nearly 20 years in the automotive industry.
He spent more than a decade in leadership roles at subsidiaries of Webasto
A.G., a leading supplier of open roof systems and thermosystems. Most
recently, Wallace served as president and CEO of Webasto Products N.A.;
other positions included COO, general manager, and plant manager. Among his
achievements at Webasto were: standardized production systems (based on the
Toyota Production System), a stronger product development process, solid
business growth, and customer recognition for the company's North American
manufacturing plants. Prior to joining Webasto, Wallace worked in various
quality and production positions at Magna International and Cooper
Automotive.
Wallace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering
and Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
