RENO, Nev., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RENO; PCX: RNO) and Canadian Airlines today announced they have
entered into a marketing arrangement which will provide passengers of both
carriers broader access to destinations throughout North America, Canada and
Asia.
Under the agreement, Canadian Airlines will place Reno Air's "QQ"
designator code on its flights between San Jose and Vancouver, B.C. and
between San Diego and Vancouver, B.C.
Effective Nov. 22, passengers flying on the two carriers' codeshared
flights will experience seamless travel, from reservation to destination, as
though they were flying the same world-class carrier from start to finish.

Reno Air currently serves 16 cities with more than 180 peak daily schedule
departures. Customers are offered advance seat assignments in first and coach
class, American Airlines AAdvantage Miles, "EZtrip" ticket-less travel, and
full participation in all major computer reservations systems. Reno Air also
has codeshare agreements with American Eagle, Hawaiian Airlines and Qantas
Airways, and recently announced plans to codeshare with Midwest Express
Airlines in early 1999.
Together with its network of global partners, Canadian Airlines serves
over 300 North American destinations and more than 600 worldwide, including
over 100 flights per week between Canada and Asia.
