Kalmbach, as a Vice President and Manager of Residential Relationship
Lending. He will lead Columbia's Home Financing Department and will be
based in Auburn.

Kalmbach has over 10 years of mortgage lending experience and was most
recently with PHH Mortgage where he attained the level of Regional Sales
Manager after serving as an account manager and mortgage advisor for over 5
years.
Mr. Kalmbach lives in May Valley with his wife and two daughters. He
was born in Bremerton and is a life long resident of the Puget Sound area.
He is a licensed finance instructor for the state of Washington and his
hobby is gourmet cooking.
