CapSure, Inc. reached an agreement with Securitas Security Services USA on
October 2nd, 2008 to provide access control software for Securitas USA's
residential and commercial accounts.
CapSure's web-based solution, GateSure, is an industry leader in
visitor processing software. GateSure provides all of the tools needed to
streamline the admittance process while maintaining optimum security by
integrating features like driver's license scanning, visitor and contractor
vehicle tracking, voicemail recognition and visitor pass printing. GateSure
also gives users the ability to manage their own visitor lists and

many mutual customers. Under this agreement, Securitas USA will bundle the
GateSure software into their current customer offerings providing the
customer with a single source for their critical security service and
