VON TV, Multimedia Webinars, Virtual Trade Shows and other Web-Based
Offerings Help Pulvermedia Bring VON Content to a Wider Audience
BOSTON, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- FALL VON -- Pulvermedia's Jason
Chudnofsky today outlined the company's virtual event strategy, and
announced that Paul Agranat has been appointed Vice President of the
Virtual Event Group. The goal of Pulvermedia's virtual event strategy is to
share the company's content with a wider audience around the globe, and
also to provide new business opportunities for the VON community. This
strategy is based on a number of items, including multimedia webinars; the
newly launched VON TV; virtual conference and trade show technology; and
several other web-based initiatives.
"Face-to-Face events remain the cornerstone of our business, but we're
moving aggressively to augment our traditional VON events with virtual
counterparts, to give the members of our community more opportunities to
connect and do business with one another," said Pulvermedia's Paul Agranat.
Virtual event technology has reached a highly sophisticated level, in
terms of presentation and style, and the virtual medium provides a highly
measurable return on investment -- where guaranteed lead generation can be
adjusted to appropriate sponsorship levels. With Pulvermedia's and VON
Magazine's databases measuring in the hundreds-of-thousands of contacts,
the potential reach for a virtual event vastly exceeds the audience that
can attend any singular face-to-face VON event. Pulvermedia's virtual event
strategy complements the traditional event offerings by facilitating more
"touch points" within the community, and provides the means to reach out to
the entire community in a convenient, on-demand fashion. Pulvermedia is
currently working with a number of virtual trade show producers, and
additional details regarding partnerships will be made available in
subsequent news releases.
VON TV plays a key role in Pulvermedia's virtual strategy, by featuring
keynotes and general sessions from VON, plus newscasts, vendor showcases,
and various other video content, in an on-demand, 24x7 fashion. The goal
behind VON TV and the virtual trade shows is to make it easier for
attendees to find the information they want, when they want it, and also,
to help vendors reach out to a wider audience via the web. Additionally,
these mediums are not limited to particular days on the calendar, as
content can be added and rotated in an ongoing fashion.
Pulvermedia's Webinar campaign has grown significantly within the past
year. Webinars for VON, as well as VON Magazine have consistently generated
several hundred leads per event, providing sponsors with a lower cost per
lead, and a similar quality to what they can find at a VON show.
Pulvermedia is constantly investigating ways to incorporate additional
multimedia capabilities into its webinars, as part of its virtual event
strategy.
