Merrill Lynch Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
 
    NEW YORK, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- At its meeting today, the Merrill Lynch
& Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly
dividend of 27 cents per common share, payable November 24, 1999, to
shareholders of record on November 5.
