VIENNA, Va., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International (NYSE: GRH) today
announced Martin Cummings, 43, as director, information technology business
development. In this newly created position Cummings will be the driving force
behind delivering the company's information technology solutions to the $14.5
billion federal civil market.

military over the past four decades, and now with Marty filling this key

For the three years prior to joining GRC International, Cummings was
director, federal information technology business development for TRW Inc. He
was responsible for the IT business development within the civilian agencies
of the federal government for a $400 million strategic business unit of TRW.
He successfully identified, pursued, and captured many information technology
contracts for TRW, including a major contract with the Bureau of the Census.
During 15 years with TRW, Cummings held progressively more responsible
marketing and management positions. He was department manager, nuclear
information and records management for the company's Environmental Safety
Systems Inc. He provided technical direction and management to activities for
the Department of Energy's Management and Operating contract to the Office of
Civilian Radioactive Waste Management. During this time, he served a two-year
term as vice president on the board of directors for Nuclear Information and
Records Management Association (NIRMA). He also was program manager, technical
information and data management for TRW's Command Support Division. He was
responsible for scheduling, budgeting, performance, quality, configuration
management, and supporting new business pursuits related to information
management.
Cummings served for more than six years as an officer in the United States
Marine Corps, including active duty in Desert Storm. Cummings received a BS
degree in political science and business management from the University of
Southern Mississippi.
