Geoff Phillips to vice president - customer service, where he will have
overall responsibility for GATX Rail's customer service function.
Mr. Phillips joined GATX Rail in 1996. He has experience within many
facets of the business including maintenance, finance, and business
development. In addition, he was co-project manager for GATX Rail's SAP
implementation. In his most recent role as director of business development
for GATX Rail Europe, Mr. Phillips had a critical role in the integration of
Dyrekcja Eksploatacji Cystern (DEC), the leading Polish tank car provider,
into the GATX family.
