(Nasdaq: RBNC), today announced that Republic Bank completed its acquisition
of Chemical Bank's retail branch office located at 3015 E. Saginaw St.,
Lansing, Michigan. In conjunction with this purchase, Republic Bank closed
its retail branch located at 2425 E. Grand River Ave., Lansing, and moved all
assets and customer accounts to 3015 E. Saginaw St., Lansing.

drive-thru service, drive up ATM and Saturday hours, our customers can now
experience our distinctive personal service in a more convenient, full service
facility. We look forward to welcoming the former Chemical Bank customers and
