today announced that Brian K. Southern, Senior Vice President, has been
promoted to lead the Process Business Unit, which includes the Company's
process control and process simulation business areas.
Mr. Southern assumes profit and loss responsibility for the Process
Business worldwide and will continue in his role as investor relations officer
for the Company generally.
