Osiris Shoes Announces the Release of the G-bag
    ENCINITAS, Calif., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Osiris shoes is proud to
announce the release of the G-bag.  The G-bag is a step forward in mobile
audio entertainment, it offers one the ability to have a complete stereo
system attached to one's back.  You carry your stuff, your skateboard, and you
carry your tunes, you move with the sound, playing through two 10 watt active
speakers, permanently mounted on the side of the bag.  You supply your
favorite sound source, CD player, Mini Disc Player, Walkman or MP3 player.
Other features include:

    -- Complete ballistic nylon skate-backpack with adjustable skate carrier
       Including hardened rubber bumpers and Velcro straps

    -- One 120-watt amp powered by 6 or 12 AA batteries
       (Plays continually for days)

    -- Two 10 watt active speakers, one on each side at base of pack
         Each speaker is treated to be water-resistant and is also sealed in a
         plastic casing

    -- AC/DC converter that plugs into amp, switchable to 110V or 220V, with
       plug adapter

    -- Integrated side CD carrier with 18 CD sleeves

    -- Detachable hip CD case holder with integrated CD player holder with
       8 interior CD sleeves

    -- Easy access sound source pocket that holds a CD Player, MiniDisc
       Player, Walkman or MP3 player

    -- Large front pouch complete with pencil holders, stash pouches and

    The G-bag will be available initially at select skateboard shops only.

through Mad Media Design.  We would like to invite all forms of media to
co-operate in the release of the G-bag, again please direct all proposals and

coinciding with our print ads.  There will be extensive information available
