Court Order Makes Publicly Available Previously Sealed Information Relating to the Resolution Process Created Under the Order in Aid of Confirmation

Communications Corporation (OTC: ADELQ) today filed a notice (the "Notice")
with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New
York (the "Bankruptcy Court") disclosing that certain documents previously
filed under seal and/or otherwise restricted from public dissemination have
been declassified and made publicly available (the "Declassified
Documents"). The declassification was done pursuant to a decision of the
Bankruptcy Court, dated September 19, 2006 (the "Bench Decision"). The
Declassified Documents, which relate to the "Resolution Process" created
under the Bankruptcy Court's Order in Aid of Confirmation, dated August 4,
2005 (the "Order in Aid"), are available for review and download at the
