Coherent, Inc. to Webcast Fourth Fiscal Quarter 2008 Results

results after the market close and host a live webcast to discuss its
fourth fiscal quarter 2008 results scheduled for Wednesday, November 5,
2008 at 4:30 p.m. ET.
