       - Airline Participation in Preferred Fares Select Now Represents
                 More than 60 % of Galileo's U.S. Bookings -

    PARSIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Galileo International, a leading
global distribution services (GDS) company and subsidiary of Cendant
Corporation (NYSE: CD), today announced that Delta Air Lines has joined the
Company's Preferred Fares Select program, providing Galileo-connected travel
agencies and their customers with access to all published fares. This
includes all published fares Delta sells through any other GDS, third-party
Web sites or their own Web site and reservation offices. United, Northwest,
Continental and US Airways currently participate in the program, which locks
in Galileo's GDS rates for three years on all US-originated bookings. Airline
participation in Preferred Fares Select now represents more than 60% of
Galileo's U.S. bookings. The company expects to continue adding additional
carriers to the program.

"Preferred Fares Select enables Delta to broaden distribution of our
published fares through Galileo, providing greater choice and convenience to
our customers," said Lee Macenczak, Delta's senior vice president, Sales and
Distribution. "This also helps us meet another key business objective to
distribute Delta fares at lower costs."
"This is a win, win scenario for the airlines and our affiliated travel
agents," said Mitch Gross, executive vice president and managing director of
Galileo Americas Client Services. "The first win -- the airlines broaden
their distribution and reduce distribution costs. The second win -- Delta's
participation in Preferred Fares Select also reinforces the value of the
agency channel and provides Galileo-connected agencies with broad access to
all published Delta fares and Web fares, enabling them to better serve their
customers."
Galileo introduced its Preferred Fares Select program in July to combine
the strengths of its previous Preferred Fares and Momentum programs. The
expanded content will be automatically available to all Galileo U.S.
point-of-sale travel agencies and other subscribers, such as corporations
utilizing Galileo or its affiliate, Travelport.
