the Company's common shares have been listed on the Third Segment Trading of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the trading symbol of CNZ.
The German market Maker, Kling Jelko Dr. Dehmel Wertpapierhandelsbank AG,
located in Frankfurt, is one of Germany's largest independent securities
traders.
Management feels this listing will broaden the exposure for the Company
and will also provide new financing opportunities.
Continental is an oil and gas exploration and development company focusing
its efforts on discovering major reserves in Indonesia. The Company owns and
operates two high potential and promising exploration properties under
Production Sharing Contracts covering approximately 3.7 million acres in
Indonesia, the onshore Bengara-II Block and the offshore Yapen Block.
