DALLAS, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Fleming (NYSE: FLM) announced today that
the company has been selected to begin supplying two new convenience-store
customers, Prima Marketing and Quarles Food Stores. Fleming will be the full
line c-store supplier for both customers.
Prima's 83 company owned stores operate as The Pantry Store, Pennzmart,
Quick Tyme, Grandstand Stores and Round Town stores. In addition, they also
operate franchises stores under the 7-Eleven banner. These stores are located
in West Virginia, Kentucky, Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania and will be
supplied by Fleming's Altoona Division.

Quarles Food Stores operates 17 stores located in Virginia under the
Q-Stop banner. The procurement volume of Prima and Quarles will be added to
Fleming's centralized procurement operation.
