company has completed major remodels of seven Food4Less stores in Northern
California, introducing new features, conveniences for shoppers and more ways
for customers to save when they shop. The seven remodeled Food4Less locations
in Northern California are:
-- 605 Rohnert Park Expressway, Rohnert Park
-- 2055 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa
-- 8065 Watt Avenue, Antelope
-- 2950 Delta Fair Blvd., Antioch
-- 2051 Whitman Avenue, Chico
-- 1330 Churn Creek Road, Redding
-- 1955 W. Texas Street, Fairfield
The Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa store remodels were completed this week
and are now celebrating their grand re-opening. The other locations were
finalized within the past four weeks.
"We have significantly upgraded these Food4Less stores to better meet the
changing needs of today's shoppers," said Tom Strzelczyk, president of western
operations for Fleming retail. "Shoppers are finding increased selection of
products, new services and new decor, along with the continued commitment to

New features found in the seven remodeled stores include:
-- Advanced U-scan self-checkout lanes, for customer convenience.
-- Newly added offerings such as a fresh floral department, fresh bakery
and fresh deli featuring rotisserie and fried chicken.
-- Expanded assortment in departments throughout the store provide a
broader selection of key items in the fresh meat and seafood
department, produce, frozen foods, general merchandise, health &
beauty care, and wine & spirits.
-- Expanded store-brand offerings for greater customer value, including
the introduction of Exceptional Value(R) -- a new, entry line of store
label grocery products -- and a broader selection of high-quality
BestYet(R) products.
-- Stores now accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
-- The Rohnert Park Food4Less is the first Fleming-owned Food4Less in
Northern California to feature a fuel center.
