that shareholders have elected Kenneth Duberstein to the Board of Directors.
Duberstein is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Duberstein Group.
The Duberstein Group is an independent, bipartisan planning and consulting

world political, economic and social developments affecting their clients.

Governors for the American Stock Exchange and NASD and is Vice Chairman of the
Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.
