Exclusive Event to Feature World Premiere Digital Content from COMEDY

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MTV Networks (MTVN), a unit of
Viacom (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), will partner with Digital Hollywood to host MTVN
DigiFest, an exclusive screening of world premiere and original digital
content acquired or commissioned by COMEDY CENTRAL, mtvU and AtomFilms.
Immediately following the screening, MTVN executives will join independent
filmmakers for a roundtable discussion and Q&A session on the ongoing
re-definition of the creative content development and distribution process.
The event will be held at the Digital Hollywood Fall conference on Tuesday,
October 30th at 5:00 p.m. (PT) in the Conference Tent at the Renaissance
Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, CA.
From linear television, across the web, into wireless, broadband and
beyond, the media industry has exploded into a new era of innovation and
access, and the barriers to entry for aspiring content creators are lower
