LAS VEGAS, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Delphi Aftermarket Operations, a
division of Delphi Automotive Systems (NYSE: DPH), recently announced the
acquisition of technology company ATRi and the creation of the new business
unit, Delphi Integrated Service Solutions.

Effective immediately, a management team will be put into place to
integrate the business unit and begin the launch of new service applications
available in the aftermarket.
Russ W.H. Bailey will assume the role of managing director for Delphi
Integrated Service Solutions. Bailey brings more than 36 years of global
experience in the engineering, marketing and general management of the
automotive tool and equipment industry to Delphi. Prior to joining Delphi,
Bailey was president of AutoVice Consulting, an automotive-focused consulting
group. Bailey has advanced his career with management experience at
Instrument Sales and Service, Marquette Manufacturing, Applied Power, Bear
Automotive and SPX Corporation. Bailey will be responsible for the overall
operations and growth of this new business unit.
Nicholas A. Cocco will bring his extensive expertise to Delphi as chief
technology officer of Delphi Integrated Service Solutions and will be
responsible for driving the vision and implementing new technologies for
Delphi. In his new role, he will work to ensure that the needs of Delphi's
customers are fulfilled with leading-edge technology, information delivery and
new diagnostic tools. Cocco founded ATRi in 1996 and has been a pioneer in
the development of diagnostics, diagnostic processes and just-in-time service
information and education for more than a decade. He also is a former General
Motors employee, as well as an instructor of automotive technology at several
East Coast community colleges.
William K. Wrubel has been named director of operations, and will oversee
the purchasing, production, logistics and supply chain management of Delphi
Integrated Service Solutions. Wrubel has been involved in automotive
management and automotive training for more than 28 years. He has implemented
numerous training programs at the user level and Collision Repair Industry
development programs.
Earl D. Diem has been named manager of engineering for Delphi Integrated
Service Solutions, and he will be responsible for all product hardware and
software engineering. Diem's expertise lies in the area of software
engineering. Diem worked at both Modern Engineering Corp. and General Motors
as a hardware and software engineer. While at General Motors his work
emphasized diagnostics.
Robert Mason will serve as director of information services for the newly
formed business line. He will oversee the operations in the Pennsylvania
location with a focus in educational services with training course development
and implementation. Mason is a 20-year automotive service industry expert,
ASE certified with extensive experience in automotive technician training and
training program development.
Mark Theriot will continue in his role as director, global service
technology, Delphi Aftermarket Operations. He will play a key role in
assuring the successful integration of ATRi into Delphi Aftermarket
Operations. Theriot is also responsible for executing Delphi's service
strategy and driving Delphi's service vision on a global basis.
