DENVER, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Myogen, Inc. (Nasdaq: MYOG), a
biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and
commercialization of small molecule therapeutics for the treatment of
cardiovascular disease, today announced the pricing of its initial public
offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price
of $14.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The
offering is expected to close November 4, 2003. In addition, Myogen has
granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an aggregate of an
additional 750,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan are joint book-running managers for
the offering. CIBC World Markets and Lazard are acting as co-managers.
