unveiled the Isuzu Trooper ARB Project Compass, a concept vehicle that
demonstrates how a Trooper can be customized for both off-road readiness and
state-of-the-art electronics with readily available accessories. The vehicle
made its debut at the Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in
Las Vegas, Nevada.
American Isuzu worked closely with ARB, Australia's largest manufacturer
and distributor of quality four-wheel-drive vehicle accessories, to make the
Trooper ARB Project Compass a rugged and extreme off-road vehicle. Among the
ARB accessories fitted to the Trooper:
* Front and rear Air Locker air-operated locking differentials
* SRS-compatible bull bar with Warn electronic winch
* Air compressor and tire inflation kit
* Freezer fridge with insulated transit bag
* Roof pack rack
* TowMaster tow bar (rated to tow up to 5,000 pounds)
* Old Man Emu-tuned suspension, including Nitrocharger twin-tube
