SPOKANE, Wash., April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc One Mortgage Corporation has
opened its newest office in Spokane, Washington.  The new Banc One Mortgage
office is located at 521 N. Argonne Road, Suite 102 and will be managed by Joe
Pettit.
    Bob Mastrandrea, Northwest Regional Sales Manager of Banc One Mortgage,
said that, "This is the beginning of our expansion into the Northwest. Joe
Pettit brings with him many years of experience in the real estate industry in
the Spokane area.  This new mortgage loan office will be an important addition
to the Banc One Mortgage expansion."
    Banc One Mortgage is also opening another office in the Northwest in
Bellevue, Washington. The locations represent Banc One Mortgage's initial
commitment to a significant presence in the mortgage lending marketplace in
the region.
    The new Banc One Mortgage office in Spokane will be staffed by sales
manager Joe Pettit, loan originators Gary Wisben and Mark Thomason, and sales
associate Wanda Brown, and office assistant Gretchen George.  The company
plans to hire additional loan originators to further serve the lending needs
in the Spokane area.
