NEW YORK, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS
and CBS.A) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a
quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $.25 per share. The
dividend is payable on January 1, 2008 to shareholders of record as of
November 30, 2007.
