Sinclair Closes on Sale of WGGB-TV in Springfield-Holyoke, MA
 
    BALTIMORE, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced today that it has closed on the sale of the
assets of WGGB-TV (ABC 40) in the Springfield-Holyoke, MA market to
Gormally Broadcasting, LLC for $21.2 million in cash.
