presentation at BIO-Europe 2005, the premier European biotechnology partnering
conference of the year, to be held in Dresden, Germany November 7-9.

Mr. Rice will provide updates on the pending registration of Multiferon(R)
in Sweden for first-line adjuvant treatment of high-risk malignant melanoma
patients, plus outline the European strategy for this important indication. In
addition, the presentation will include a review of the Avian Transgenic
Biomanufacturing program and the Company's anti-cancer antibody projects.
